BLAIR ARMY CADETS - Black Watch Bn. A.C.F. The Royal Regiment of Scotland
About Us
The Army Cadet Force has been on the go since 1859. We are a voluntary youth organisation that is sponsored by the Ministry of Defence. In essence we are the governments youth organisation. Cadets are not made members of the armed services but benefit from military style activities designed to promote citizenship, team building and community spirit. Cadets can benefit from taking part in numerous activities and foreign travel. We regulary have weekend camps based in our Dunkeld Training Cenre. We hold Spring and Summer week long camps during the year. The cadets are high profile in their local community supporting as many public events as possible. The ACF is open to both male and females from 12 years of age.
